Welcome to my counselling and psychotherapy practice

What is psychotherapy:

Therapy is a two-person process  in which we address the things that makes you suffer, that makes you feel anxious or despondent, your emotional or relational difficulties, anything that you no longer understand, in your lives and relationships.

Through thoughtful listening and discussion, reflective interrogation and experimentation, step by step, I help you to reflect on and understand how these difficulties or traumas settled in and have impacted your life and to find again your own internal resources and ability to put these experiences aside and change.

Through implementing effective strategies to get you back on track with your life, finding practical and concretes solutions to your relational difficulties and life struggles, you can move forward again, while feeling safe and well.

Why should you undertake psychotherapy:

Particular moments in our life may bring about fear, anxiety and depression. Our relationships with our family, our friends or our colleagues can sometimes become difficult or painful. Life events such as bereavement, unemployment or situations that cause isolation can be highly traumatic.

Therapy provides a time and place where one can breathe, experience, understand and change. It is a place to gain clarity. A place to find freedom and meaning in life.

I provide a safe environment where people can express their thoughts and emotions. I aim to assist people in understanding and experiencing new ways of being that support a journey of exploration and allows them to achieve the changes they seek.
